Hi! I’m Daryl Black, I am the boss and founder of Itty Bitty! I take great pride in the work we do and the relationships we have built along the way. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 42 years, and together we have raised three amazing kids and been blessed with eight incredible grandkids. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my family, keeping up with the kids and grandkids, and making memories with the people who mean the most to me. Family is everything to me, and I feel lucky to have built both a business and a life I’m proud of.

I have worked for Itty Bitty Equipment either part time or full time for the last 35 years. I work in the office and I love my job, I enjoy the interaction with all the customers, vendors, and employees. I enjoy all the people that I get to meet through my job.

I am married and have been for the last almost 42 years to the most amazing guy, he knows how to work hard and play hard. We have 3 kids but I will claim 6, I think of my kid's spouses as my own. We have 8 of the most amazing grand kids.

I enjoy being outdoors. I enjoy working in my yard and planting and flowers. I love to go on Razor or 4-wheeler rides and camping. I enjoy traveling, jeep rides and motorcycle rides. I enjoy watching basketball and football and supporting the Utah State Aggies. But most of all I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years, and together we’ve built a life that I’m incredibly grateful for. I’ve been part of this business for 19 years, and it has become such a meaningful part of my life. I’ve loved being able to grow with the business and be part of its journey.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to three amazing kids who keep me busy and constantly on the go! I spend a lot of my time chasing them around, cheering them on, and enjoying every opportunity I get to be with them. My family is my greatest joy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Between work, family, and everything in between, life can be a little crazy—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Hi, I’m Thom and I’ve been fortunate enough to serve the people of Cache Valley in the automotive repair business for the last 40 years. I’ve always enjoyed not only the interaction with the public, but the friendships that come with the job. The last four years here at Itty Bitty have been very rewarding and educational to me, learning the big equipment over automotive differences. I very much enjoy my job here and hope to see you soon.

Hi, I’m Tyson Coulam. I am a proud father of 3 amazing kids. I married my wife, Tera 15 years ago, who happened to be the boss's daughter! I have been an employee of Itty Bitty for 19 years now. I enjoy spending my free time doing anything associated with the outdoors, especially hunting. I love riding my motorcycle with friends and kids. I love going and supporting my kids in their sports!

Hi my name is TJ Black. I have worked at Itty Bitty as a full time mechanic for 26 years. I enjoy fixing mechanical issues and getting equipment up and running again. My favorite part of the job is electrical diagnostics and engine performance. I am ASE and Cummins certified. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and 3 girls.

Hi my name is Tayler Christensen. I attended WyoTech to be a diesel mechanic and welder. I have 2 years of welding experience and 7 years of mechanic experience. I have been working at Itty Bitty for 10 years and love working here. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and riding snowmobiles. I look forward to serving you in your equipment repair needs.

Hey there, I am Bob Durrant, a long time employee of Itty Bitty. I mainly work on the rock crusher big parts to keep them running. I have worked for Itty Bitty for 13 years and it has been a blast.

Hi, I am Jesus Linares Ramirez and I am 24 years old. I just graduated from Bridgerland Tec and am very excited to start my new carrier in the auto industry. I have worked at Itty Bitty for 4 years and have loved every minute of it.

Hey, I am Ashton Malin! I am a motivated and hardworking 19-year-old with one year of experience working in the industry. I have hands-on experience in welding, metal preparation, grinding and finishing, and the safe use of tools and equipment. I also have experience with welding safety and small engine repair. I enjoy working with my hands, learning new skills, and taking pride in producing quality work. I am eager to continue developing my skills, gain more experience, and take on new challenges.
